I further authorize Sycuan and its designated credit reporting agencies to update and/or review my credit, front money and/or safekeeping account(s) to provide services requested by me, as necessary or as required by law. If it is discovered through investigation that information contained in the application or supporting documentation has been provided falsely, civil and criminal action may be taken. I authorize the Sycuan Casino Resort, an enterprise of the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation ('Sycuan') and its agents NRT Technologies, Inc., VisuaLimits, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, 'NRT'), or any other designee, to conduct any and all investigations necessary for the approval and periodic review of my credit standing and credit rating using the information provided by me, including access to my credit report which may include outstanding credit at other casino properties, consumer credit report and bank balances.
